What are the Akashic Records? The simplest way to define them is to state they are your Soul's personal diary. The Akashic records hold all the information pertinent to you such as vows and commitments you have made. You can also discover patterns of behavior and why they exist. You can find out connections to the people in your life. You may even choose to find out why you can't seem to leave a job, move to a different town, or know about your fiancée or why a certain medical condition or physical problem exists.

All of these things and more are found in the Akashic files. Many individuals really want to change certain things in their lives but are not quite sure how to go about it. The first step is to find out what it is that needs to be changed if it can be changed, and how if at all, it can be changed. Since we are the ones who make our own vows, choices, and commitments, we are the only ones who can change them. The Universe and our Creator can not interfere because of free will law.
